Refund and Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to purchases and bookings made directly with Bourgeois Media & Consulting. Purchases made through Amazon, a streaming platform, an app store, or another outside seller are governed by that provider’s cancellation and refund policy.

Physical-product orders

A direct physical-product order may be cancelled for a full refund before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, the Shipping and Returns Policy applies.

If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we may cancel it and return the amount received for that order to the original payment method.

Digital products

Digital purchases are generally final once a download, access link, PDF, audio file, or other digital product has been delivered or made available. A refund or replacement may be provided for a duplicate charge, corrupted or defective file, failure to deliver access, or when required by law.

Contact us promptly if a digital file does not work. We may first offer a replacement file, corrected link, or reasonable technical assistance.

Speaking, consulting, and workshops

Deposits, payment schedules, travel expenses, deliverables, rescheduling, cancellation deadlines, and refund terms will be stated in the applicable proposal, booking confirmation, or agreement. Those written terms control if they differ from this general policy.

If no separate written cancellation term applies, contact us as early as possible. We will review completed work, committed expenses, reserved time, and the circumstances of the cancellation before determining whether any refund or credit is available.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible. They are normally submitted within 5 to 10 business days after approval, but PayPal, a card issuer, or a financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.

Billing questions

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us with the order or invoice details so the issue can be reviewed. This does not limit any rights available under applicable law or through the payment provider.
